SPECIAL SPEAKER: ANIK CLEMENS
Regional Director North America and Latin America, ICF Professional Coaches
Come learn from Anik! She is ICF's Regional Director for North America & Latin America and an experienced executive coach. With a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Bachelor of Arts in German Literature from the University of California at San Diego, Anik began her career as a biologist, leading a fisheries policy team to help conserve natural resources. Transitioning into coaching in 2015, she earned her Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential from ICF and has since become a dedicated advocate for the coaching profession. Anik is fluent in both English and German and always brings her global perspective to her work and conversations.

Regional Manager, North America (Southeast Region), ICF Professional Coaches
Come connect with Angie! She is the Regional Manager for the Southeast Region. She joined ICF in September 2010 where she was a member of the Credentialing team as a Credentialing Coordinator. She has extensive experience with the Credentialing process, including renewals and PCC markers. She rose within the department to be the Assessor Manager. In April 2021, Angie became a Regional Manager with the ICF Professional Coaches Team and supports the Southeast Region of North America.
