8:30 AM - 12:00 PM

Elliott Davis, 2151 Pickens St., #200, Columbia, 29201

Eligible for 1.0 Core Competencies and 3.0 Resource Development

This somatic workshop helps you understand the science behind trusting your body and gives you practices to get clear fast when you or your clients are overthinking or overwhelmed. You can help clients who feel profoundly stuck, confused, stressed, or afraid achieve clarity faster and more powerfully. It will also help leaders who are reactive or who don't value integrating their emotional or embodied experience.
